The tournament, which took place in Ninh Thuan province from October 11-13, attracted the participation of 120 athletes from 7 regional provinces, including Binh Thuan, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai and the host Ninh Thuan.
