The ceremony had the attendance of Mr. Lam Hong Tuyen- deputy secretary of the provincial Youth Union branch, nearly 200 athletes and numerous students. The 2019 mini-football tournament attracts 10 football teams from University of Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan Community College, Binh Thuan Vocational College, Tran Hung Dao gifted high school, high schools of Phan Boi Chau, Phan Chu Trinh, Phan Thiet, Ham Thuan Bac, Bui Thi Xuan and Boarding school for ethnic minority students. Five-a-side games will take place on Sundays (February 24, March 3) at UPT’s mini-football field.
This annual competition is considered as one of wholesome playgrounds to promote physical training among students and boost the connection of students across the province.
