2017 National Youth Road Cycling Championships wrapped up

BTO- The 23rd National Youth Road Cycling Championships 2017 successfully closed on July 4 by the last competition of 50 female racers aged between 17-18 and below 16 years old.

The race started from Ton Duc Thang Avenue (Phan Thiet city), passing the streets of Vo Van Kiet, Nguyen Thong, 706 B (Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue), the coastal road leading to Hoa Thang commune (Bac Binh district) and the backward journey.

After completing the route of 60km with many challenging sections through slopes and seawind, the young girl Vu Kim Ngoc from An Giang finised first in the group of age 17-18 while Pham Thi Hong Diep (Dong Thap) was the first cyclist of group aged below 16. These two girls also helped cycling teams of An Giang and Dong Thap to win the first places for female teams.
