BTO - On December 8th morning, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) of Binh Thuan province held a ground-breaking ceremony of the youth construction, named “concreting rural road” in Tan Binh commune, La Gi town. The road, which will be concreted, is 379 meters long in Binh An 2 hamlet with the total cost of VND 337 million. The cost goes from the support of Sai Gon Beer – Alcohol Beverage Corporation and the local donation. The construction is projected to be put into practical use by late December.
Witnessing the ceremony, villagers of Binh An 2 can not concealed their happiness as the new concrete road is built. The construction is in celebration of the Congress of the HCYU of Binh Thuan province in the tenure of 2017-2022, and in response to the movement “Binh Thuan’s youth join hands to build new rural area”.
