Those families have been facing difficulties after losing jobs and income due to Covid-19 pandemic but have not received Government’s support under the Resolution No.42. The beneficiaries include households with disabled people, people with serious illness; households with women as breadwinners; households with woman in pregnancy or woman having babies under 12 months of old; households with people under Covid-19 quarantine; households with people aged over 65. The fund is sponsored by Swiss Red Cross via the International Red Cross and Red Crescent.
