BTO- On the occasion of Vietnam Day of People with disabilities (April 18), the Department of Labor, War Invalid and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Association for Protecting People with disabilities visited and offered gifts to 7 facilities of caring and nurturing people with disabled people. They are: Anh Sang Blind Supporting center; Phuoc An Social Protection Facility; Hung Dong disabled center; Hue Duc Social protection center; Martino Shelter facility;Integrated Social Protection Center (Phan Thiet nurturing facility) and Huynh De disabled home base.

Each gift is worth VND 3 million in favor of orphans, handicapped and ill-fated people in the locality. At the visiting spots, Mr. Man Tan Dung – Chairman of the provincial Association for Protecting Orphans and Handicapped paid special regards to the handicapped in the hope that they can overcome their adversities and get better lives.
