October is month of local tourism day with bustling activities, claiming a nearly 18 percent growth in revenues with VND 1,278 billion over the same period last year. On the whole, the province has welcomed more than 5 million visitors, a year-on-year rise of 12 percent. Of these, international tourists accounted for 626,530 turns of visitors, up 12.6 percent, who are mostly from China (29.88 percent), Russia (21.14 percent), South Korea (15 percent), Germany (4.1 percent), Thailand (4.15 percent), the UK (2.46 percent), France (2.28 percent), The USA (2.14 percent), and so on.
On account of tourism revenues, the locality has so far earned about VND 12,514 billion, a year-on-year increase of 18 percent, striving for completing its year-plan of VND 15,200 billion.
