Binh Thuan’s youth eagerly joined the army

This year, the Binh Thuan provincial Military Executive Committee has recruited and called upon 1,300 youngsters who are eligible for joining the army, gaining 100 percent of the target of handing over troops to 8 units. Of the total, 357 youths voluntarily wrote applications showing their expectations for joining the army.

The qualification of this year’s newly-recruited soldiers is also higher than that of previous years. There are 27 soldiers with University degrees, 77 youths with College degrees, 28 ones with senior high school, and 34 ones are members of the Party.

All of the youth showed their readiness, determination and responsibilities to the country. The ceremonies to see-off and hand-over newly-conscripted soldiers took place in bustling atmosphere with colorful flowers. Almost all of the recruits felt proud of themselves when wearing the uniform of soldiers on that important day.
