In which, it focuses on the protection, maintenance and development of tourist resources; facilitating to sight-seers, ensuring the participation of the community in tourist activities; ensuring environmental sanitation; upholding social security and order; guaranteeing safety for tourists.

The management of tourist activities must abide by the present law of trade. At the same time, all activities of tourist services, accommodations in the tourist area must be strictly monitored and checked.
It is necessary to issue regulations and internal rules on the management and protection of this newly-recognized provincial tourist site under the Law of Tourism and other relevant legal documents. In the meantime, explanatory contents, advertising publications are needed to compose for the purpose of introducing and promoting the tourist prominences of the island.
