According to the Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism, Binh Thuan has welcomed more than 4.5 million visitors over the past 9 months of 2019, including 56,000 tourists, a year-on-year increase of 12 percent. Notably, the peak season often lasts from December onward, with an expected tourist arrivals of double increase during the year-end holidays and festivals.
As reported by the People’s committee of Phan Thiet, as many as 320,000 tourists, including 33,694 international ones, visited Binh Thuan in October 2019.
