Accordingly, the beach area from Mui Ne Ocean hotel to Sai Gon – Mui Ne tourist area in Ham Tien ward is safe for swimmers during the calm sea season, but it is dangerous in the period of rough waves and typhoon time. In the meantime, the beach from Little Mui Ne resort to the end of Quarter 4 (Ham Tien ward) is recommended for swimmer in the calm sea time.
In Phan Thiet city, beach from Doi Duong to Thuong Chanh is safe from March to May, and from 6.30 – 7.45 AM in the months from October to February every year.
At Phu Hai ward, swimmers are recommended to swim in March and April in the community-based beach bordered with Sea Links tourist area. Notably, there are no recommendations to swimmers on beaches of Tien Thanh area.
As known, Phan Thiet has a beautiful coastline of 57 km, favored by the nature. The detailed announcement of safe swimming-beaches creates favorable conditions for tourists and local residents enjoy swimming and entertaining safely.
