Accordingly, the People’s Committee of LaGi town will deploy procedures of construction, which is funded from the traders' contribution. The new market must fulfill the requirements on designs of stalls and kiosks, mode of investment and mobilization, etc for better operation. The implementation must be public and fully agreed with the demands of traders without any complaints.
