BTO – People’s Committee of Binh Thuan province has proposed the Provincial People’s Council to considerate a disbursement of VND 1.995 billion from the state budget for districts/town/city in support of power cost for the poor in the second quarter of 2017. Accordingly, a total of 14,460 policy-favored households including 13,753 poor household, 6 newly-arisen poor households and 701 policy-favored households are entitled to the financial support.
Some districts of Ham Thuan Bac, Tanh Linh, Duc Linh and Tuy Phong have the most poor households and get the backing from VND 262 million to VND 390 million a unit. Bac Binh district has received a support of VND 214 million as the locality has 350 policy-favored households and 1,500 poor households. The expenditure goes from the central budget used for supporting the province’s target program.
