BTO – Binh Thuan Department of Family Planning and Population has recently received the project “supporting in inserting intrauterine device (IUD)” under the Choice program administered by Marie Stopes International organization. The total funding disbursed for 6 districts in Binh Thuan is estimated at VND 244 million. The Choice program reportedly supports for Binh Thuan from 2016-2020, in mainstreaming the implementation of national target program on population and family planning in the province.
In addition to training cadres of family planning on necessary knowledge, the program also provides motive services indispensable for implementing family planning.
