The propaganda aimed to disseminate basic regulations and provisions of Road Traffic Act; liability of the offenders who violate traffic law and cause traffic accidents; common infringement and punishments including the prevailing violation of travelling in the opposite directions on the national highway 1A. At the same time, the propagandists urged the local leaders to remind frequently the traffic participants, especially the foreigners, of abiding by the regulations of Vietnam’s Road traffic Act when travelling on road.
