IRCRCM-funded project supports people impacted by COVID-9 pandemic in Binh Thuan

BTO-The provincial Red Cross Society lately organized a training course for the implementation of a supplemental component of project responding to COVID-19 pandemic in Binh Thuan.

The project is funded by International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (IRCRCM), with the purpose of supporting people who have been affected by COVID-19 pandemic but not among 6 targeted groups covered by a financial package of Resolution No.42 launched by the Government.  The project’s beneficiaries include people suffering from income reduction, unemployment, or people with disabilities and chronic diseases. Phu Lac commune and Lien Huong Townlet (Tuy Phong district) are the first localities to deploy this project. Each household will get an amount of money from VND 1-3 million.
