BTO - Vice State President Nguyen Thi Doan recently signed Decision No. 268/QĐ-CTN to confer the third-class Labour Medal on doctor Bui Dinh Linh - director of Phu Quy Military - Civil Medical Center for his best achievements in patriotic emulation movements in 2010-2015 period, making great contribution to the cause of building socialism and national defense.
This noble reward is considered as the Party and State’s recognition of his remarkable services during more than 30 years of treating and saving numberless patients in Phu Quy island. Mr. Linh’s silent contributions have helped improve the quality of health care for people in this island district.
