At the same time, posters and flyers for Covid-19 propaganda were designed and distributed to wards/communes of Phan Thiet city on May 31. People’s Committee of Phan Thiet city has built concrete plans and prepare enough medical equipment in response to Covid-19 infections in the locality.
Authorities of wards/communes need to strengthen inspections to detect and strictly punish all violations related to Covid-19 prevention & control at public places, food and drinks businesses facilities, cafes…, and activate Covid-19 community supervision teams in residential areas. Quarantine facilities in Phan Thiet city were disinfected, well equipped and ready to serve for quarantined people.
Party Committee of Phan Thiet city also directed to set up 4 additional Covid-19 checkpoints at traffic intersections (Truong Chinh Street-Nguyen Thi Dinh street, Truong Chinh street-Hai Thuong Lan Ong street, Truong Chinh street-Dang Van Lanh street, and the traffic circle of 1A national highway-Truong Chinh street-19/4 street in the north area of Phan Thiet city). Functional agencies are asked to set up quick response groups for Covid-10 prevention & control.
