Construction of HTV.BT Phan Ri Cua residential area kicked off

BTO- On August 10th morning, a ground-breaking ceremony of Phan Ri Cua residential area was held by HTV.BT Vietnam Joint Stock Company at Phan Ri Cua town, Tuy Phong district, with the attendance of Vice chairman of the PPC Luong Van Hai.

Phan Ri Cua residential area, situated in Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Phan Ri Cua town, is approved by the PPC under the Decision No.875/QD-UBND dated April 3^rd, 2018. The project covers a total area of 14.56 hectares with a total investment capital of VND 120 billion. It includes the following items: residential land, mixed residential land, green park land, transport land with a population of about 3,438 people.

As planned, the project will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2019, for the purpose of catering for people’s needs for accommodations, contributing to improving people’s lives and economic development.
