Accordingly, the units sent 500 gifts to storm victims in Dai Loc district (Quang Nam province) while the remaining 500 ones went to the districts of Nong Cong and Nhu Xuan (Thanh Hoa province). Each gift, worth VND 500,000 contains essential goods such as: rice, sugar, fish sauce, seasoning powder, and VND 200,000 in cash.
Earlier, Binh Thuan Red Cross, in response to the central Committee of Vietnam Red Cross Society’s call, mobilized organizations and individuals in the province to contribute to funds in aid of residents heavily affected by recent typhoon in the central provinces, with a total money of VND 300 million. Of which, VND 150 milllion was directly sent to the central Committee of Vietnam Red Cross Society.
