Binh Thuan Public Administrative center halts receiving direct applications until April 15th

BTO – All direct applications applied at Binh Thuan Public administrative center are suspended starting from April 1st to 15th in prevention of Covid-19 outbreak. Instead of direct applying, applicants can use online public services and postal services.

According to the Document signed by Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s committee Nguyen Duc Hoa, the Postal services and online public services at level 3 and 4 are officially deployed at the province’s Administrative Center. Accordingly, one-stop shops at all levels will be closed from April 1st in response to PM’s order on nationwide social distancing rules. Thereby, 0nly applications sent in the forms of online and postal services can be admitted and solved.

At the same time, Vice Chairman Hoa also urged functional bodies and localities to enhance propaganda to everyone so that they can use online public services or postal services for administrative applications. The move aims to limit gatherings in an effort to prevent Covid-19 spread.
