The 200 evacuees are Binh Thuan’s citizens who are under difficult circumstances and are temporarily living in Ho Chi Minh City. They are the elderly, the disabled, children, pregnant, women who are raising little children, out-patients, and alone students.

After fast testing and welcoming the evacuees, the buses have immediately headed towards Binh Thuan province. Once arrivals, those citizens will be quarantined at concentrated isolation zones in the locality.
