Each student will receive an amount of VND 500,000 per month until they finish high school program. The fund is contribution of soldiers and officers’ salaries and allowances, earnings from the unit’s small production models, savings.
This meaningful activity has been launched by the provincial Border Guard Commander and its HCM Communist Youth Branch in order to share difficulties in education work in the localities and help disadvantaged students have confidence to pursue their academic dreams.
