BTO - Project 165 in the period 2013 – 2016, dissemination of the Party and State's policies to people in the rural and ethnic minority zones has been implemented by Binh Thuan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, relative agencies. By many various forms, propaganda has widely spreaded to raise their legal awareness, erase outdated customs and social evils, help them escape poverty...

Particularly, 42,048 leaflets have been launched by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (about agriculture, forestry and fishery) since 2013. 80 spells of sea and island documents have been screened in 9 district and town by Binh Thuan sub department of fisheries. Binh Thuan Women’s Union has compiled 1,000 copies of legal information for women, which attracted more than 8.000 viewers …
