Under the guideness of Ministry of Public Security, Vietnam Immigration Department is implementing its online system of temporary residency declaration. Binh Thuan being one of 4 provinces have been put up for a test run before it is implemented nationwide. The system allow the online declaration and management of temporary residency information at https://binhthuan.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn.
Using internet conection with devices, the landlords go to the address to proceed with temporary residency declaration procedures without going to local police stations.
Many foreigners yearly visit Binh Thuan. Therefore, declaration of temporary residency for their foreigners via internet will bring more convenient for the landlords.
