The would-be sea tourism & service center must be built on the criteria of modern, good-looking, deserving of national stature and higlighting the overall tourism sector of the Northern Phan Thiet city. All locals and tourists can enjoy benefits from public services and facilities of the center.
As it is a large-scale project with complicated work ahead, functional authorities at all levels are urged to fullfill their responsibilities and tasks to tackle with difficulties arising during the contruction progress.
