The winning bid package values at over VND 28.6 billion with a duration of 185 days, starting from March 1st, 2019.

In the meantime, the second consultancy package - Package No.2 (consultancy, technical design, estimate planning, designing and plugging of clearance piles, milestone road of Km168 – Km202) has selected 3 enterprises for main contractors. They includes: Road design Consultant Joint Stock Company; Consultant 6 Joint Stock Company; BR Design Consultant Company Limited. This second winning bid package is estimated at more than VND 25.3 billion within 150 days of implementation, starting from 1/3/2019.
The final consultancy package – Package No.3 (survey consultancy, technical design, estimation, design and installation of land acquisition piles, milestone road of Km202 - Km235), also chose 3 enterprises, including: VNC Construction JSC; Truong Son consultancy JSC; 625 Construction Consultant JSC. The bid prices value at VND 27.7 billion, and a duration of 143 days, from March 1st, 2019.
The eastern section of the North-South Highway runs through 13 provinces, starting from Nam Dinh in the north, and ending at Vinh Long in the south. Total investment for the 654km route is planned at more than 118.7 trillion VND (5.1 billion USD). The Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet section has a total length of 101 km, with a total investment of VND 11,603 billion. The project runs through 4 districts of Binh Thuan province, starting at KM134 (Vinh Hao commune, Tuy Phong district) and the ending point at Km235 (at the intersection of highway 1 – My Thanh, Ham Kiem commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province).
