BTO – Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee has just sent an official dispatch to assign the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to assume the prime responsibility for and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to strengthen the protection of wild and migratory birds in the province under the direction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
