BTO – This morning (April 18th), the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan province in coordination with Thong Thuan Milk Joint Stock Company solemnly held groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of hi-tech agricultural complex of cow farm and dairy in Song Binh commune, Bac Binh district. The event was graced by the presence of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and leaders of central ministries and other provinces. On the side of the province’s participation, there were provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Manh Hung, chairman of Binh Thuan People’s Committee Nguyen Ngoc Hai and vice chairmen, representatives of functional bodies and nearly 500 guests.
