BTO – Regarding the draft project on “management, use and exploitation of the flying sand hill tourist area” in Mui Ne – Phan Thiet (called as “project’ for short), Mr. Duong Van An – deputy secretary of Binh Thuan provincial Party Committee asked functional bodies to deploy the project as quickly as possible at a latterly working session with the project’s owner and relevant departments and agencies on January 30th 2015.
