BTO – Thay Thim Palace festival, a traditional festival of the community of Binh Thuan and many neighboring provinces/cities, officially took place on the morning of October 9. At the opening ceremony, the festival organizers held important traditional rituals such as the God worshiping ceremony, the process of ordination, the ceremony of entering the palace to secure a position, inviting food, the anniversary of ancestors' (Tien Hien) 's death anniversary and offering sacrifices to the soldiers
