BTO – The Binh Thuan Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training, the People's Committee of Bac Binh district on October 28th organized a digital exhibition, with the theme "Paracel island and Spratly island belong to Vietnam - Historical and legal evidences". The program was held for more than 1,200 students of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School (Bac Binh).
