BTO – Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Minh on August 15th morning met with a delegation from Sokcho City, Gangwon Province, the Republic of Korea. The South Korean guests were led by the city mayor Kim Sung Lim.
