PM hosts investors of Nghi Son oil refinery, petrochemical project

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has said he welcomes investors from Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI) and Japan to inject money into the Nghi Son oil refinery and petrochemical complex project in the north central province of Thanh Hoa.
