BTO – A ceremony to honor Vietnamese cultural values of the traditional Tet festival took place on January 17th at the Youth Cultural House in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was co-held by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Vietnam Food and Culture Association.
