BTO – The Ha Dong Group in Binh Thuan held a ceremony to inaugurate Hong Phong 4 Solar Power plant, capacity of 48MPW, at Hong Phong commune, Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan province. Attending the event, there were Secretary of the provincial Party committee Nguyen Manh Hung, Vice chairman of the provincial People’s committee Luong Van Hai; President of Ha Do Group Nguyen Trong Thong and investors, local authorities and residents.
