At the end of the 5th Conference in Hanoi, the Party Central Committee - term XIII summarized 20 years of implementing Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW (NQ13) on continuing to innovate, develop and improve high collective economic efficiency. For Binh Thuan, the implementing process of Resolution No.13 has achieved specific results. However, there are still many shortcomings and limitations requiring the whole political system to make more efforts and determination in the coming time.
