BTO – Binh Thuan Blind Association has recently received a financial support of 39,210 dollars donated by the head of the Bo De Temple in California State, USA. The generous financial support will help to fund the vocational program for the blind in regrading facility improvement and equipemnt purchase for the Hope Center for the Blind in Binh Thuan.
