The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism has been assigned by The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to host and coordinate the Vietnam Billiards & Snooker Federation and related units to deploy and prepare the necessary conditions for holding the Carrom World Championship 2024 and the annual World Billiard Federation General Assembly session.
