During four days in Binh Thuan (May 28-31), the delegation surveyed some popular tourist detinations in Binh Thuan, as follows: Mui Ne flying sand hill, Ham Tien-the capital of resorts, RD Wine Castle, and especially Phu Quy island district with the assistance of Binh Thuan Tourism Association. Besides, Famtrip delegation also tested accommodation, room and dining services in hotels, luxury resorts and beach resorts in Binh Thuan. Receiving famtrip delegations helps Binh Thuan promote its images, tourism products and potentialities, and creates good chances for local enterprises to introduce tourism products and services to customers.
In a working session with Binh Thuan Tourism Association, famtrip delegation met and made exchanges with local tourism companies and informed about tourism development of Binh Thuan province over the past years. Eventually, members of the famtrip delegation suggested that, to better serve for visitors’ demand when a tourist route linking Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh city-Binh Thuan-Phu Quy island comes into existence, Binh Thuan tourism sector should take consideration for developing some new services in favour of visitors, such as: tourist shuttle to pick up and drop-off tourists at railway station and coach station, maintaining green space in hotels and resorts’ campus, as well as improving service quality and empoyees’ skills.
